About Us

Well, we all know it's a tough economy. Even professors need a second job. Founded in 2022 as a hot dog cart we are growing into a full-menu food trailer. We are available in select cities for catering and events and can do custom menus. With decades of culinary experience, mostly as a private club chef, and 15 years as a culinary, food science, and nutrition instructor, there are so many things we can prepare.
